You’re not going to make it perfect unless you want perfect lines, triangles, or anything. You can do whatever colors you like and stick them on randomly. I picked all the brown, tan, gold, and in that color range. I have a little set of nail foils that I got from amazon that was cheap. So now we have our shape tape on the cup, which is the fun part. So I cut out that little piece removed the backing, and stuck it on Amazon. I was going to fold it back down, but I decided to cut it off and do it separately because, yeah, trying to fold it back down would not work. So you can see the middle of the flipped-up. So we get a nice smooth tape surface, so you’ll peel that tape off the top layer. So I run my hand down the middle and smooth it towards the ends. I feel like I end up with a straighter line this way. ![]() I like to anchor it at the top while standing up and holding it in place. For some reason, I forgot to peel off the back of the d and the middle part of the t, so you’ll see that in a minute, but for now, I’m going to stick it on my tumbler. So it’s a little more tricky than working with vinyl because of vinyl. ![]() If you don’t get the sticky layer, you will be unable to put it in your cup. You want to make sure you get the tacky layer. So now we are peeling the sticky and the top layer off the backing. So again, remove the sticky and the top layer wherever we don’t want. I don’t know what is on it, but I loved the idea of cutting out the word, not the word itself. I am weeding out the letters, the square’s tacky, and the top layer. I’m not sure what it is for Qriket, because I only have a silhouette. If you need it, I will put the size of the cutting settings below for silhouette. So we’re not going to be using the letters but the square around them. I cut out a wild and did a square around it. It is my fave, and I love it so much, so put that on there so we can move on to our next step. Again, this is the thick one-to-one formula. Once that was dry, I did two coats of the paint and went in with my artistry epoxy fast set. You want to use flat white, not the blossom white or whatever it is that will yellow your epoxy and make it look not good, so use the flat white but do it all over a white base. This is a 20-ounce skinny, and I am just spray painting it pure white this is the flat white from Rustoleum. ![]() Bought the tape to do tumblers and you will love that it came in different sizes.Hey guys, I am starting with a prepped tumbler.
